All repairs have a parts and labour warranty for twelve months from date of service.

Absolutely! Exceltek Group only employs fully licensed, and insured technicians on their team.

Exceltek Group stocks a wide range of standard parts used for most appliance repairs. In rare circumstances of unusual faults, parts will be ordered, and an expedited return visit will be arranged at no extra cost.

Exceltek Group considers the client first. We will work within your nominated date and two hour time window, school drop off/pick up times and will endeavour to make our service seamless and drama free.

Yes we provide quotes. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a quote over the phone as we need to see exactly what is wrong with the appliance in order to provide an accurate quote for repair. If we attend your property to provide a quote, we do not charge you for a second visit (if it is required) to re-attend and fix the issue if ordering parts are required.
