Unfortunately, we cannot provide a quote over the phone as we need to see exactly what is wrong with the appliance in order to provide an accurate quote for repair. If we attend your property to provide a quote, we do not charge you for a second visit (if it is required) to re-attend and fix the issue if ordering parts are required.
