Yes we provide quotes. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a quote over the phone as we need to see exactly what is wrong with the appliance in order to provide an accurate quote for repair. If we attend your property to provide a quote, we do not charge you for a second visit (if it is required) to re-attend and fix the issue if ordering parts are required.

Exceltek Group stocks a wide range of standard parts used for most appliance repairs. In rare circumstances of unusual faults, parts will be ordered, and an expedited return visit will be arranged at no extra cost.

Q: How long do most repairs take?

On average a 30 minute time frame will solve most repair issues.

Q: Do repairs have a warranty?

All repairs have a parts and labour warranty for twelve months from date of service.

Q: Is my appliance worth repairing or should it be replaced?

Eighty percent of repairs can be completed at a quarter of the cost of a new appliance. So yes, in most instances it is more cost effective to repair the appliance. Contact us for a quote!
