I called Jason from Exceltek yesterday regarding malfunctioning washing machine. He assured me over the phone he had the parts in stock required to fix the washing machine based on my description of the problem.
An appointment was made for today. At 8:30 AM Jason turned up. Within a few minutes the faulty parts were replaced with new ones and washing machine was working normal again.
How’s that for service? Unbeatable. I could not believe how quickly and effortlessly Jason did the repair. Very Professional. I will not hesitate to call Jason for any future appliance repairs or replacements. Thanks Jason.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Jason. Our fridge was not cooling properly and Jason was able to make a service call the morning following our phone call. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the faulty part and the fridge was back to operating properly in no time. All this was done in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
